Subject  :-    External Hydraulic Tank- Balwan Tractor.

 

 

          We have come across stray cases of leakage of external Hydraulic Tank from the brazed portion of both the tubes. If the EH Tank is newly mounted or removed for some reason and again mounted in the field, it is necessary to follow the specific sequence of assembly. If the sequence is not followed without ensuring the positioning of EH Tank bracket with Fender, the brazed portion of tubes on Tank may develop the crack. We give below the sequence of assembly of EH Tank on Tractor being followed in the process.

 

 

1.                 Secure the union nut ( B008759900258 ) and Banjo Bolt

         (B008759901013 ) of EH Tank fully with Hydraulic Power Lift Housing.

 

2.                 The Bracket ( B008753810041) for mounting EH Tank on LH Fender

          has been provided with oblonged holes. Engage all the Bolts and nuts  

          of this bracket with EH Tank and Fender so that the above Bracket will 

          get aligned and positioned. Now, secure the bolt with EH Tank and

          both the bolts on the Fender simultaneously so that no stresses will

          develop on the joint. 

 

          We have advised our field engineer to demonstrate and educate the dealers workshop staff in above respect.
