Internet Spare Part Order Creation

In our effort to expedite the spare part order processing time this spare parts ordering system has been developed. You will get faster response and you can place Spare part order through Internet. This will help us to speedup the execution of your spare parts orders.

Procedure

Log on to Force Motors website http://www.forcemotors.com and click on Order Spare Part Link

Enter your Spare Part Dealer code or Spare Part Sub Dealer Code

1. Enter dealer code & Password

2. Click on login button for logon

3. You can use Change Password button to Change your Password.

Create Order

Use create order link for Order creation

Steps to Order Create :

1. Select order type ie. Regular or VOR

2. Enter your own order Reference Number

3. Enter Spare part item code and quantity

4. Click on “Check” button for description, rate, amount & minimum lot size

5. Click on “Add to Order” Button for Item addition to the order. If you want to add more item repeat the step 3 to 5 .

6. Click on “Show order” to View the order

7. If you want to make any changes in a particular item click on “ Delete”

Button and Click on “ Back to order form “.

8. Reenter the item as required by you by using step 3 to 5.

9. To send the order to us after your verification click on “ Confirm order “.

10. After confirmation you will get an internet spare parts order no. Please mention this Number for any future correspondence or to View the status of your order in the internet.

Display order Status

1. Enter the Internet order No and Click on “Show order “

Items will be listed as per your order. If Sales order No Exists against the items then your order has been processed at our end.

Use only the buttons created by us and do not use the Internet explorer buttons for navigation.
